Bright ruby red in colour with violet reflections, this wine is complex, charming and subtle. The aromas of ripe berries, a hint of cherries and subtle herbaceous finish with good length and structure. This wine has mellow tannins with hints of red fruit on the palate and an attractive freshness. It is usually consumed young and often slightly chilled.

Suggested Pairings - pork, cold meats such as salami, proscuitto, mortedella and Italian style sausages.
