Ruby Cabernet
A cross between Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon, it was developed to give a high yield vine in hot climate conditions. The "must" can be used to increase colour intensities in blends or it an be used to produce a light table wine with its pleasant cherry flavour and fruitful essence.
Suggested Pairings - Roast turkey, duck and cured meats. Cheese like Gouda.
Aging - 9 to 12 months.
