- 1 head fresh garlic
- 3 tablespoons Olive~ Me & Co’s Roasted Garlic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Olive~ Me & Co’s traditional 18-Year aged balsamic
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste
Slice 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tablespoon garlic olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.Roast until tender at 350 degrees, should take approximately 1 hour. Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skin, whisk with remaining ingredients.
